I have 47 years experience as a professional photographer. 37 years in the public sector (Science, Agriculture, Crime Scene, Forensics, PR and Marketing) and have been self-employed since 2013, specialising in personal brand, headshots and wedding photography.

Skills
From the age of 16, I have worked as a photographer. 19 years were spent working within a Scientific and Agricultural environment. This also included producing training films on video (VHS format). Then a further 16 years as a civilian photographer with Lothian and Borders Police. The first three years as a crime-scene photographer and the remaining time spent covering more corporate aspects of police work. This also included video production work (Betacam format). Since 2013, I have been working as a freelance photographer covering mainly; headshots, personal brand and wedding photography. As well as the business side of photography, I also undertake landscape photography and use it as a way to enjoy nature and the exercise that goes along with it.
I began climbing Munro's for the first time last year (July, 21) and have managed 6 to date, including Ben Nevis.
I have previous experience in Salsa dancing, which I enjoyed as a pastime and for a few years, competitively.
I co-host my own personal development podcast 'keep the vision' with a good friend.
