Hi iam paul iam 46 live in Glasgow, I joint own a small upvc double glazing company and married for 21 years and have 3 amazing kids,once weighed 39st 1lbs and through sheer hard work and determination ive lost 20 stone as of 1st Oct 2025 and will continue till I hit my goal weight and will continue to try help others do the same,I am a radio presenter at lomond radio and very outgoing and love meeting new people,drivers licence for 11 years.
