Biography
Joe Maitland is a Scottish actor from Falkirk, Scotland where he still resides with his daughter. He has appeared in a number of BBC television dramas as well as the popular television series Outlander on Amazon Prime. He has also appeared on stage in various roles from principal to ensemble, at multiple venues from local community theatre to Theatre Royal Glasgow. Joe has trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Acting Coach Scotland and is a University of the West of Scotland Alumni where he achieved his BA(Hons) degree with first class honours in Acting and Performance and continued on to a Masters degree (MLitt) in Theatre and Performance Practices at University of Glasgow.
