Luigi started this job very young and it was the opportunity to express his skills, the relationship with different people helped him to grow.
My experience led me to take other paths between here cookery.
Goes well with my work in fact led me to attend college as a professional chef.
I born a city in northern Italy, Albenga in 28 January 1980.
My family originally from the south of Italy.
My goals in life are many, to do what makes me feel good professionally but also humanly.
I set my medium-long term goals in order to be able to give the best of myself on it.
the path of my job, butcher or cook, it helps me to share feelings and what makes me feel good, my big family showed love through food.
This for me and a mission.
Luigi had been very fond of history since he was a child .
He wanted to become an archaeologist his desire to know and discover has never stopped.
Led him to do genealogical research on his family.
I practice sports including football, martial arts and gymnastics at an amateur level.
I am a very fast learner,
I have a strong spirit of observation,
I have good manual skills and a propensity to solve problems.
