Biography
I am a professional butcher with over 30 years of experience, and I also work as a coach within my field. I began at a very young age, and this profession has allowed me to develop strong practical skills while building meaningful relationships with people. These experiences have contributed significantly to both my professional and personal growth.
My passion for food led me to broaden my path into cookery. I attended college as a professional chef, combining hands-on experience with formal training to deepen my knowledge and skills. I am currently continuing my education, and I have been studying at college for the past five years. This year marks my final year, where I am further refining my culinary skills as part of my ongoing development as a student and professional.
I was born in Albenga on 28 January 1980, into a family with roots in southern Italy. Food has always played a central role in my life — in my family, it has long been a way to express love, identity, and connection. For me, this is more than just work; it feels like a true vocation.
I have always been passionate about history. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, and today I continue to nurture that interest through genealogical research, exploring my family roots and gaining a deeper understanding of my personal identity.
I lead an active lifestyle and practice sports such as football, martial arts, and gymnastics at an amateur level. Since moving to Scotland, I have also developed an appreciation for traditional Ceilidh dancing.
My goal is to achieve a strong balance between professional fulfilment and quality of life with my family, always striving to give my best in everything I do.
