I grew up in France near Versailles, I moved last year to Scotland to live with my wife and my daughter. Before that, I was a cheesemonger for twenty years.
I'm fluent in English (with a gentle french accent) and French.

I can play a bit of guitar, I'm a good cook and know a lot about cheese, I don't have specific physical skills but I'm in a good shape in general.
