Biography
I am an experienced mountaineer, rock climber, cyclist and sailor with a keen interest in music. I currently work part-time as a geography and outdoor teacher, and am looking ahead to an active and varied life after teaching.
I have worked as a teacher in an international school in Colombia, as a polar guide in Antarctica, I have crossed the Atlantic in small sailing boats and I have travelled extensively.
I worked as an extra on the Edinburgh International Festival 2012 Macbeth production for three weeks. Amongst others, I worked with Karan Bhopal, who recommended Real People Casting Agency.
I am married with two grown up boys.
Skills
Experienced rock and ice climber. Qualified to teach climbing and abseiling, mountaineering, cycling. I am a trained bike mechanic. I am first aid trained. I was a national champion at dinghy sailing. I can drive minibuses. I am a grade 8 classical guitarist. I speak some French and Spanish. I have some acting experience, from working on Macbeth in 2012.
