Biography
Hi, I’m Derek, a Glasgow-based performer working across TV, film, and commercials since November 2023. I’ve built steady on-set experience as a supporting and featured artist on productions including Outlander, Vigil, HalfMan, Only Child, Granite Harbour, River City, and Counsels.
Film work includes California Scheming, Sunny Dancer, along with commercial work for Apple and an Irn-Bru advert.
I completed an Acting for Camera course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2025, with a focus on screen performance.
I’m comfortable on set, take direction well, and have experience in grounded roles such as police, military, and security. I’m continuing to build on my experience and am always open to new opportunities.
