played professional football with Partick thistle and st johnstone. I have a diploma in leisure management. did severa personal trainer l fitness courses . I trained with ricky hattons boxing academy to become an elite trainer. boxed for a few years. then that went onto teaching boxing. I lift weights and do boxing training 4 times a week. I play the piano. self taught during lockdown. I am a big movie/tv buff.

I am in very good shape for an older man. I have boxed for years. Still spar in training. I play the piano. I have written and composed a number of piano songs. Well read, and very fast learner . I get on with anyone as I am a good communicator and a people person.
