Biography
Grew up in East London's Docklands, and during my adolescence spent a couple of years in a stage school ( Barbara Speake) In West London - I got to appear in Michael Palin's 'Rippling Yarns back then & a pilot for Grange Hill etc. Left home at 16 and worked in various jobs from construction to gardening, & DJing etc. Travel abroad a lot and ended up living in the states ( New Jersey, New York City & Philadelphia) for nearly 7 years. Came back to London during the 90s and took courses that finally lead me to take (as a mature student in 97 -2000) a B.A Fine Art degree. Also during the Millennium period, took film courses and a HND in Sound Design, Animation + having various exhibitions. Also in 2005 was involved in Young Vic theatre productions, as an extra, Appeared in Julius Caesar at London's Barbican Theatre , also that year play the Franklin in Southwark Playhouse's Canterbury Tales...As a result of getting involved with theatre, I created a website ( as my partner had a creative writing degree) to initially connect people I got to know in the theatrical world ( starting out - from actors to would be Directors) to be able to send reviewers ( this was a volunteers site - no money made) to reviewer across London's fringe theatre circuit and as it gained more on our good objective and thorough writing reputation, we was being invited into major Theatre, Musicals, 0pera , Music & the Arts. Finally we annually reviewed Peter Gabriel's World Music Festival 'WOMAD' my partner even got to write about Edinburgh Castle, some fringe productions & Art Gallery in the City, In fact one of our last reviews/features was at the Kelvingrove Museum of Linda McCartney's Photography. During the Covid period site wound down & has been on hold , partners' health problems etc but will resume again soon. www.extraextraorg
