Store Manger for Costa Coffee. When you work in a coffee shop you are not just selling a product you are selling an image. The public are all very diffirent and you're required to tailor your service to the individual. This means you must be able to provide the right personality for each person. Hospitality is as much a performance as it is about making and providing the food and drink.
Skills
I have the skills to understand and listen to direction. I understand that I may need to do very little, almost nothing in some situation. However, I am able to do reactions and movement if a role required this.
I have natural problem solving and listening skills, I feel I am kind, responsible and funny which would also be an advantage in certain roles.
