Ellie Shaw is a dynamic and dedicated 20-year-old performer based in Scotland, currently studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. With a strong foundation in both screen and stage performance, Ellie has already gained valuable on-set experience through multiple feature films and TV productions, including roles as a featured student and shopper in BMCM productions, audience work in CBBC’s Princess Mirrorbelle, and appearances in ITV’s Shetland, TV comedy Lovesick, and Grandpa’s Great Escape. She also featured in a national Aldi commercial and has participated in several stills shoots and school productions.
Ellie has an Advanced Higher in Drama and brings a vibrant presence to both dramatic and comedic roles. Her broad performance range is supported by a wide skillset. She is a 1st Dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do, training and coaching with Team Scotland, and also excels in ice skating (NISA Level 5) and ice hockey, having been scouted by the Solway Sharks ladies’ development programme.
Her additional skills include archery, tomahawk throwing, paddle boarding, swimming, cooking (Rotary Club Young Chef finalist, top 6 in Scotland 2019–20), and a strong background in outdoor adventure sports through Scouting and the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Ellie is confident in a range of accents, including Scottish, English, American, Australian, Russian, and French.
With a height of 5’7", brown hair and eyes, and a dress size 8, Ellie is well-suited for both screen and photographic work. She brings professionalism, versatility, and a strong creative drive to every role she takes on, and is always eager to collaborate with filmmakers and creatives across the UK.
