Biography
I have a BA (Hons) in community arts which involved studying art, dance, drama and music.i. Also have an hnc in art and design.
I worked as a Youth arts coordinator for young people in bellshill. This involved setting up , devising and creating workshops, events, festivals and projects for young people throughout north lanarkshire.
I then became a dance development officer for Scottish traditions of dance trust. I worked with Scottish arts council, Glasgow arts department, and various other leading groups setting up workshops, school projects, events with the various leading artists etc..
Since then I have had 3 children, lived in Belgium for 4 years where I also set up some dance workshops. Since returning home I have set up my own business and now currently run an Airbnb. I enjoy having been involved in various roles involved in the arts , so this is he perfect opportunity to get involved and be part of something exciting and enjoy the experience.
Previous Jobs:
I danced from a very early age where I later performed for the queen at v.e day commemorations at Hyde park. I have been involved in youth theatres and dance companies performing at the battle of Stirling bridge . I also performed for the queen as a lady in waiting at the reenactment of king James v1 th cornation.inhave been involved in setting up youth theatres for young people, working back stage in productions.
