53 and Life is living and after a life of absolute love and laughter with my husband Kevin and heartbreakingly losing him after his 13 year fight with an inoperable brain tumour 4 years ago , I'm ready to honour this and try new experiences in life and not to sit in the sidelines.
I 'm a businesswoman with a Double glazing company , no cringey salesmen trying to sell "white gold", just me offering an honest service in a saturated "shark" market. This is my bread and butter and important to me my customers paying hard earned money receive THE best service. But is it my passion , no. There has to be more than life than windows.
Being busy is my medicine and with business under control need other experiences to fill my time .
I'm blessed to be surrounded by love of family and friends and moving to Prestwick 8 years ago from Glasgow and after Kevin's passing went out my comfort zone joining womans clubs and have found a network of fabulous friends to share such a beautiful place to live.
Living a life with Rheumatoid Arthritis and after an elbow , 2 knees, 2 ankles, a hip and hand replacement , I am resilient and never given up in life despite being in wheelchairs and walking sticks for years, I've only one deformed hand to go for operating on so far . My heart broke when I couldn’t wear my high heels any longer and live in trainers . Ps I wouldn’t be any good in a running role 😜
Despite this , I grew up in 90's and danced through the years with my best friends and still love clubbing even though we are at age they throw "day discos at us " ,
travel and animals are my absolute passion.
It amazes me watching tv dramas and films , how it all comes together , the costumes, the casting , sets, the extras and would love to be a part of that if just a wee teeny bit in the background.
