Retired nurse and have lived worked and travelled in different countries. Interested in fitness , gardening, history and travel. I’m outgoing confident ,love meeting new people and undertaking new challenges .

Smart , pick things up quickly, well used to taking direction and good at interacting with people . Have presented to conferences and a couple of small news pieces on health items.Reasonably fit and able for my age .Can speak French with a reasonable accent and have a smattering of Arabic.Driving licence. First Aid trained.Swim & cycle, gym &fitness. Have sung in choirs and taken part in a few Choral presentations.I normally sing Alto.
