A developed and talented performer, with experience across modelling, theatre, film and television, Sarah consistently brings a confident, characterful and warm energy to a project. An active performer in the aerial arts, she has developed a strong understanding of the power in physical storytelling, drawing from her own experiences to resonate with audiences.
When she is not working creatively, she runs a small food business, enjoys hillwalking with her dogs and is training to run her first marathon.

Aerialist/aerial dance - three time UK National Amateur champion.

Specialises in lyra/hoop and rope, but can also perform on silks, straps and trapeze.
Skiing - Alpine. 4th in Women's Slalom, AMS Championships.
Surfing - intermediate.
Swimming - proficient swimmer and teacher. Also comfortable with ice dips/swims.
Military skills - Army Reservist with WHT in SA80 and GPMG, Infantry and Combat Medic.
Sports/athletics - Level 3 qualified PT and avid runner and weight lifter.
Climbing - experienced climber and boulderer.
